Prices for your holiday at the Oberfulterhof in South Tyrol

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartments and smoking is prohibited in the entire house.

The price includese:
- Reserved parking spot in the garage
- Free internet access (WIFI) in all apartments, surf comfortably on your smartphone or computer
- Towels, dish towels, linens, dishes and cleaning agents
- Hiking and Ski maps, information and suggestions for summer and winter sports activities and events in the area
- Mobilcard for our guest.

Fruit and vegetables on request, depending on the season.

WINTER: Ski bus stop directly in front of the house.

SUMMER: Bus stop 100 metres from the farm.

Rubbish separation::
In front of the garage you will find five different waste bins: glass, paper, plastic, metal, organic waste and residual waste.
Please separate the rubbish carefully!

Check In/ Check Out:
The apartments are available on arrival from about 3pm, the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments at 10am.

Cleaning:
We are happy if our guests in the new apartments left it clean and will reward you by not charging for final cleaning. For apartments that are not left neatly and clean, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee.

Payment:
We recommend paying the cost of the apartment into our bank account shortly before arrival or during your stay. On-site payment may be made in cash.

Our travel cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, we will charge as follows:
Up until 30 days prior to the intended arrival we will keep back the deposit payment, no other additionally costs,
From the 29th to the 15th day prior to the intended arrival: 50% of the total sum,
from 14 days before arrival or less, as well as in case of an early departure, we charge 90% of the booked apartment price.
